A warm welcome to our international patients and visitors on our website. Please find the main facts concerning our practice here. Even since opening our medical offices in 2003, we have had a high percentage of English-speaking patients.
Both the medical team, as well as all the employees speak fluent English, and are available if you have any questions or need further information.
The basic idea of our surgery is the provision of modern medicine in a pleasant environment. We manage a joint medical practice focusing on gastroenterology, meaning the detection and treatment of gastric and intestinal disorders.
Our medical team is particularly qualified in this specialized field of internal medicine. This includes the highest level of accuracy in dealing with the latest technology in diagnostic equipment. Our team of doctors is able to offer any treatment in accordance with the latest medical developments.
To ensure these standards are kept, both physicians regularly attend specific courses, study current literature and are actively involved in specialized, but above all in gastroenterological committees and organizations.
From a medical point of view, this team effort guarantees the availability of two equally competent individuals, allowing you, based on your consent, to come into contact with our doctors during the course of your treatment.
We are also in a position to schedule appointments more individually. We will naturally, cater to any specific preferences you might have.
Our surgery provides a broad spectrum of expertise and diagnostics of internal medicine and gastroenterology in its entirety. The special field of gastroenterology is a focal point of our medical services.
Gastroenterology is a part of internal medicine but specifically geared towards stomach, intestine, liver, bile duct, pancreas and metabolic disorders. We conduct all gastroenterological investigations on our premises with expertise and to the highest quality.
The examinations range from cancer screenings of the digestive tract to the typical ailments such as diarrhoea, stomach pain, chronic constipation, weight loss, heartburn and flatulence, as well as the clarification of elevated liver values and the treatment of acute and chronic liver diseases, therapies for hepatitis B + C and guidance for liver transplant patients. In addition, the joint practice offers special knowledge concerning diabetes.
The benefits of an ‘appointment only’ practice are simple procedures and short waiting times, but of course this is only possible with your active help. We must therefore ask you to keep appointments whenever possible; any cancellations should be at least 48 hours in advance, especially where an endoscopy is concerned.
